Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your unlit candles in their original gift box and shipping carton to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
